This year the college Christmas party for the faculty and staff was at the Fish Tails restaurant. I of course had to bring my girlfriend Jennifer. I wanted to bring her to have some nice company and, ok, to also show her off. She said when I asked her to come "So I am your ornament for the evening." I would say a very shinny ornament. She looked very pretty and wore a long, soft, suede looking skirt. Everyone seemed to like her. Even the president said she looked lovely.
The evening itself was ok. The food was buffet with ham and beef but not fish. I was surprised. This is a fish place. There were 2 rooms people were in and they all had to bunch into one room during the announcement of the door prizes. I won one of the door prizes, a poinsettia which I gave to Jennifer. It was still a fun evening.
