This evening one of my choir members had a choir Christmas party at her house. It was a nice house. It is one of the beginning of the 20th century 3 bedroom Victorian style houses. I had great conversations with my choir members. Many of them are BOI's (Born on the Island) so they know a lot of the musical history of the island and of the college. It was also cool talking to 2 other choir directors Ron (my accompanist and choir director of Trinity Episcopal Church) and Leo (a member of my choir and the choir director for the Sacred Heart Church).
We had a party honoring the college librarian who is retiring this semester. There was a big chocolate-vanilla cake and fruit punch. Thus continuing "The Quest for Free Food."
